Full commercial flat roof replacement for Take 5 Oil Change in Alexandria, KY. Complete tear-off of existing ballasted gravel / modified bitumen system. Removal of stone ballast, failed membrane, and saturated insulation board. Deck preparation and inspection. Installation of new polyisocyanurate insulation board (mechanically fastened, staggered). TPO membrane roll-out, positioning, and full heat-welded seam fusion across the entire roof field. Re-flashing of all pipe penetrations with TPO pipe boots. Re-flashing of all skylight curbs with TPO pockets heat-welded to field membrane. Aluminum termination bar and edge metal installation at parapet walls and perimeter. Complete site cleanup.
