This commercial flat roof project in Northern Kentucky shows our crew installing a TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) membrane during a flat roof replacement. In the video, the insulation has already been installed, bonding adhesive has been applied, and the crew is positioning the TPO membrane before the seams are heat-welded. TPO is a single-ply commercial roofing membrane heat-welded at every seam to form a continuous, watertight surface with no reliance on sealants that degrade over time. The white reflective surface also reduces solar heat gain, which can lower cooling costs for the occupied commercial space below.
