Complete commercial TPO flat roof replacement for a dentist office in Alexandria, KY. Full tear-off of aging roofing system, installation of polyiso insulation board, cover board, and 60-mil TPO membrane with heat-welded seams. All HVAC penetrations, drain scuppers, and parapet wall flashing replaced. Work scheduled around patient hours to minimize disruption to the practice.
