Black 6-Inch Gutters & Insurance Claim - Fort Thomas, KY
Scope of Work
Roof and gutter restoration on a brick colonial house in Fort Thomas, KY. We completed extensive work including roof repairs and exterior restoration. What stands out most is the installation of new 6-inch black aluminum gutters — a dramatic upgrade that completely transformed the exterior appearance. We provided comprehensive photo documentation and completed the full restoration with premium materials.
Challenges We Solved
We provided detailed photo documentation of storm damage for the homeowner's insurance review. The 6-inch black gutters were specified to handle heavy Kentucky rainfall, and the upgrade dramatically improved the exterior appearance. We documented the need for full gutter replacement with comprehensive photos and technical reports.
"They did a really beautiful job on our roof! Everything went smoothly, they documented all the storm damage thoroughly for our review, and completed the whole replacement in one day."— David & Lisa M., Fort Thomas, KY
