Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided in writing after a physical inspection. Online estimates or ranges provided by our roof estimator tool are approximate and not a final quote. Final pricing is determined after inspection and is documented in your written estimate.

Warranty

TNT Roofing & Restoration LLC provides a 10-year workmanship warranty on qualifying full roof replacements. This covers installation defects and workmanship failures. Financing

Financing options may be available through third-party lenders. Approval, terms, rates, and monthly payments depend on lender review and individual creditworthiness. TNT Roofing & Restoration LLC does not guarantee approval or specific terms. See our Financing page for details.

Insurance Claims

TNT Roofing & Restoration LLC can help document damage, meet with adjusters when appropriate, review claim scopes, and guide you through the process. However, claim approval, coverage amounts, and settlement terms are determined solely by your insurance carrier and the terms of your policy. We cannot guarantee any specific insurance outcome.
